The Microsoft Management Console (MMC) is an old familiar program to most system administrators. It's been around for quite a while and still looks essentially the same. Microsoft recently released a new version (3.0) of MMC for all platforms. You can download any of them from the Microsoft Download site.

I found a link to them on Bart De Smet's on-line blog. He also has a link to the documentation for the MMC SDK on his blog that will make it easy to build snap-ins for MMC.
